Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

At londisu, we treat every order as a promise. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product page, please reach out within 30 days of confirmed delivery and we’ll make it right.

Eligible issues

• Items damaged in transit.
• Defective items, or items that cannot be used as described.
• Items different from what you ordered.
• Items materially different from the product-page description.

Not eligible

• Change-of-mind, buyer’s-remorse, or personal-preference returns.
• Wrong product, flavor, size, or quantity selected at checkout.
• Opened, consumed, used, altered, emptied, contaminated, or customer-damaged items — unless tied directly to a reported defect.
• Returns sent without prior authorization.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

How to start

Email support@londisu.shop within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, checkout email, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the item and packaging. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Return shipping & fees

For approved claims, we cover the return trip. When a physical return is required, we provide a prepaid return label or reimburse approved return-shipping costs. No restocking fee on approved eligible claims.

Inspection & resolution

Once received, we inspect the return against the reported issue. An approved claim may be resolved with a refund, replacement, or another lawful solution you accept. We may deny a claim if the item doesn’t match the order or approved reason, or if requested evidence isn’t provided.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval or inspection. Banks and card issuers may need an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit. We don’t control financial-institution processing times.
